Put your hands together!

Our girl can! When she discovered her hands, it really couldn't have been cuter. The first day we noticed her doing this, it was very slow and concerted. She would put her arms straight out, like a magician showing you there's nothing up her sleeves. Then, elbows still locked, she'd carefully guide them together until her right hand covered her left fist. Finally, she would guide the whole mess towards the general direction of her face. When she found her mouth, she'd be thrilled. Just as often, she'd sock herself in the eye, or miss her head entirely. She didn't give up though.

We love marveling at her mastery of these tiny, seemingly insignificant tasks.
